ASHEES is a small family-run business based in Sialkot, Pakistan, offering high-quality perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty tools at affordable prices for customers all over the country.

Are your products original?

Yes. All our products are developed, tested, and packaged with care to meet our quality standards. We create our own formulations and source trusted ingredients and materials.

Where are you based?

We are based in Gohadpur, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, and we ship nationwide.

Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan through TCS and Pakistan Post.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 2500. For orders below that, standard shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor the delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via bank transfer and Easypaisa/JazzCash (details provided at checkout).

Is COD available on all orders?

Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. However, we call to confirm all COD orders before shipping

Is my payment information safe?

Yes, our store is powered by Shopify, which ensures secure and encrypted payment processing.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Yes. Perfumes can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you're not satisfied. Cosmetics and beauty tools are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

What are the return conditions?

Returns must include an unboxing video as proof. Products should be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How do I request a return or refund?

Please contact us by email or phone with your order number, issue, and unboxing video. Our support team will guide you through the process.
