3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier.

Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 1,999 qualify for free standard shipping across Pakistan.
4. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may take longer.
5. Estimated Delivery Time

TCS: 1–3 business days

Pakistan Post: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or regional disruptions.
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number (if available).

You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

All COD orders require phone verification before shipping.

If we are unable to verify your order within 48 hours, it may be cancelled.
8. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
