Refund policy
We want you to love what you order from ASHEES. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The product must be in the same condition as received, mostly unused (at least 90% of the content remaining).

Must be in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

An unboxing video is required for all return or exchange requests.

If your return is approved, we’ll share further instructions.
Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your unboxing video.
In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Cosmetics and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

Items without an unboxing video

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:

Damaged or incorrect products

Requests must be made within 14 days with a valid unboxing video
Customers are responsible for exchange delivery charges, unless the product was wrong or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved:

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued to your bank account

Refunds are processed within 8 to 15 business days

Delivery charges are non-refundable
